Want to Return a Product?

- You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the shipment (the right to withdraw from the sales contract).
- You don't need to provide a reason for the return (withdrawal), though we would appreciate such information.
- The refund period can range from 2 TO 14 DAYS according to the legal regulations.
- If you paid for the order by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same account.
- If you paid via PayU or on delivery, please provide us with your bank account number for the refund. Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

The returned product must not show any signs of use and must be carefully secured for shipping. The customer is responsible for any damage resulting from poorly secured return shipments.
